To correct fix this error, youYou'll need to replace the corrupted ExcludeZip.dbf file. To replace these files, you will need to re-name the existing ExcludeZip.dbf file, then replace them with the ones attached to the bottom of this page. - Close RetailBasics.
- Right-click the Windows Start button and choose Explore.
- Browse to the RetailBasics folder on your computer. By default this is C:RetailBasics.
- Double-click this folder to view its contents, then double-click the Data folder.
- Within the data folder, locate the file ExcludeZip.dbf and rename it to ExcludeZipOLD.dbf. To do this, right-click the file and choose Rename, then rename it accordingly.
- From the attachments at the bottom of this support note, click the file ExcludeZip.dbf and save this file in the C:RetailBasicsData folder.
- Start RetailBasics.
