  1. Open your Cashbook data file (NOT the sample Cashbook file).
  2. Go to the File menu and choose Restore. The Restore Cashbook Data window is displayed.

  3. Click the ellipsis (...) button and navigate to where your backup file is stored.
  4. Click the Cashbook backup file.
  5. Click OK. The following warning is displayed:

  6. Be aware that clicking OK will overwrite the current Cashbook data file with the backed up data file. If sure, click OK to continue.
  7. When the restore is complete, click OK to the following confirmation message:
