We've identified an issue in AccountEdge Pro v15 and AccountEdge Network Edition v15 where ETP payment summaries are saving or printing as a blank page.

To fix this issue

Install the 2016 compliance update (v15.5) . Call us on 1300 555 123 to obtain this update.then prepare your payment sumaries. AccountEdge will display an alert regarding this update when you open the software, or visit myob.com/update.
