If you receive a message that your ir-Filing has failed due to the first line having invalid characters, try the following:
- Check that the phone number does not contain brackets (go . Go to the Tools menu and , choose Options, and check under click the Contact tab )to check the phone number.
- Check that all company information is set up correctly.
When checking these things, if If changes are required you'll need to Restoring restore your company file, make the changes and resend, and then resubmit your ir-File.
