You can delete transactions from the client’s tax ledger on the Tax Manager Transactions view or Reconciliation view. The following restrictions apply when deleting transactions:

  1. Open Tax Manager Transactions view or Reconciliation view for the relevant client. See Viewing a client’s client's tax ledger transactions or Viewing the reconciliation of transactions for a client.
  2. If you want to delete transactions for a different year, click on the year to open a drop-down list, and select the required year.
  3. To display the transactions you are interested in, adjust the Tax Type and Show filters.

  4. Click on the transaction you want to delete.

    When you click on a transaction, it becomes highlighted by a blue background and a triangle appears in the far left blue column. This means that the transaction has been selected for action.

  5. On the Tasks TASKS bar, click Delete item. A message appears asking you for confirmation.

  6. Click Yes to delete the transaction. The transaction is deleted.
