You can delete transactions from the client’s tax ledger on the Tax Manager Transactions view or Reconciliation view. The following restrictions apply when deleting transactions:
You cannot delete:
transactions with a Confirmed status
Reconciled transactions
Notice printed transactions
Draft transactions without previously deleting the corresponding tax returns in AE Tax/AO Classic
IRD transactions.
When deleting a transfer, the reciprocal entries are also deleted.
If you want to delete transactions for a different year, click on the year to open a drop-down list, and select the required year.
To display the transactions you are interested in, adjust the Tax Type and Show filters.
Click on the transaction you want to delete.

When you click on a transaction, it becomes highlighted by a blue background and a triangle appears in the far left blue column. This means that the transaction has been selected for action.
On the Tasks TASKSbar, click Delete item. A message appears asking you for confirmation.
Click Yes to delete the transaction. The transaction is deleted.
