MYOB AE/AO allows you to schedule automatic IRD data downloads. This ensures you have up to date information. You can select to run the downloads: at any time between 01:00 and 21:00 every day, each weekday (Monday to Friday) or once a week on a specific day.
The IRD Download Schedule option in the Maintenance Map allows you to schedule automatic IRD data downloads and specify when you want them to occur. The IRD Data Downloads Schedule window displays the details of the schedule, which includes: the details of the MYOB AE/AO database, i.e., server name and database name whether the automatic downloads are scheduled | UI Text Box |

| Go to Maintenance > Maintenance Map. On the TASKS bar, click Tax. Click IRD Download Schedule. The IRD Data Downloads Schedule window appears. If you want to turn on the downloads, select the Perform scheduled IRD data downloads checkbox. | UI Text Box |

| If the checkbox is selected, the downloads are scheduled and will occur at the set time on the selected days. |
- If you want to turn off the downloads, clear the checkbox.
- Select the Start time for the downloads. The downloads must be scheduled to run between 01:00 and 21:00.
From the Run every drop-down list, select which days you want the download to run. You can choose from: Day — run every day Weekday — run every weekday, Monday to Friday Monday — run once a week on Monday Tuesday — run once a week on Tuesday Wednesday — run once a week on Wednesday Thursday — run once a week on Thursday Friday — run once a week on Friday.
Click Schedule. The downloads are scheduled. If the scheduled times are outside the allowed hours, an error message appears. If you see the error, correct the error and click OK. To ensure that the changes take effect, restart MYOB AE/AO.
