Unable to connect

There are several reasons that may block you from accessing your servers:

The Firewall needs to enable tcp/udp on port 80. The hosts that need to be enabled are:

titleProxy issues

The proxy might be blocking the access to the links specified above. If this is the case, ensure that you create the exceptions for those links and the https protocol in the first link.

titleInternet is inaccessible.

Ensure that there is access to the internet. Try opening the links specified above in a browser. If it works from a browser, it should work from the service.
