Under older Windows 2000versions, XP & 2003, there are a number of different user logon levels. Some examples of these are Administrator, Power User, Guest and Limited User. In Windows 7 and later a user can only logon as Administrator or User.
When logging into Windows with either a Guest, Limited User, or User and then trying to run the software, this error message is displayed.
When logging into Windows as an Administrator, this message will not occur.
