After clicking Populate Entitlement Balances on the Employee Transfer (MPPP3115) screen, you might get an error: "Object Reference not set to an instance of an object."

What causes the error?

The issue occurs if you haven't enabled the subaccounts feature.

Working around the issue

In the meantime, there's two ways you can work around the issue.

Enable the subaccounts feature

On the Enable/Disable Features screen, select the Subaccounts checkbox.

Use the customisation package
