| Documents In MYOB AO, the Documents menu is opened by selecting Maintenance > Maintenance > Maintenance Map > Documents. It is used to set up and maintain Mailing settings.
Documents are any files which are prepared or relate to the work you are doing for a client. They include: Spreadsheets Word documents PDFs HTML pages Graphics Media files.
When you open a document from within a Client or Contact page, the application that created the document launches automatically. Documents are set up, managed and maintained using the following sub-menus of Maintenance > Documents: |
