Downloading bank and credit card statements from your bank

Anchor12161791216179Before you can import your statements in LiveAccounts’s Import Bank or Credit Card Statement window, download the statement files from your internet banking site, and save them on your computer or network. Anchor

The date format (dd/MM/yy or MM/dd/yy) must match the format used in the imported statement; if it doesn’t, a message will appear after you click Import Now, and the statement will fail to import. If necessary, change the date format, or edit the date(s) in the statement using a plain text editor and re-import the statement.
