You can use any browser, but make sure you're using the latest version of whichever browser you do use.

titleIs it safe to make online payments?

MYOB's invoice portal, which displays your online invoices and processes online payments, complies with strict security standards.

You can check that the page you're viewing is secure and authentic, by taking note of the colour, icon or description shown in your browser's address bar.

Each browser or device might display the site's security information differently. Here's an example of how it appears in Microsoft Edge for Windows.

titleHow do I save a copy of the invoice?
You can download a PDF of the invoice. Just click Download and it will save in the default Downloads folder set up in your browser.

titleWho do I contact if I have an issue viewing or paying my invoice?

Have you tried viewing the invoice using a different browser? Also try accessing the invoice after a few minutes.

If you continue to have problems viewing an invoice or making a payment, get in touch with the business that sent you the invoice. 

Paying your invoices

(Australia only)

If you’ve received an invoice that can be paid online:

  1. Click the View invoice button in the email you received.
    Email with view invoice button 
  2. Wait for the invoice to appear on screen. The NOW DUE amount will include any applicable discounts. If the details are correct, click Pay now.

  3. Enter your payment details and submit the payment.

  4. That's it! Your payment's been made and a receipt of your payment will be sent to you via email.

You can pay invoices using a Visa, MasterCard, AMEX or Bpay.

titleCan I make a partial payment?
Currently you can only pay your invoice in full.

titleI’m entitled to an early payment discount. Why isn’t it showing?
Any applicable discounts are factored into the NOW DUE amount shown on your online invoice. Discounts will apply until 11:59PM AEST on the day the discount expires. If you think you’re entitled to a discount, but it’s not showing, contact the business.

titleHow long does it take for payments to be deposited into my bank account?

Payments made by your customers using online payments will be deposited into your nominated business account as cleared funds, usually by the next business day.

titleHow will payments appear on my bank statement?
You’ll see either the name of the business you paid or “MYOB PayDirect” as the description on your bank statement.
