Employee Maintenance is where you can edit and update your employees’ details. This includes details about taxation, allowances, direct credits, leave, KiwiSaver, notes, and HR.
To open Employee Maintenance
Press F3 at any time
Press the F3 key from anywhere in Ace Payroll to open the Employee Maintenance window.
During pay calculation
While calculating your regular payroll, either press the F3 key or click the Employee F3 button to open the Employee Maintenance window.
From the front screen
From the front screen click Employee then Modify Employee Details to open the Employee Maintenance window.
