What is MYOB Workpapers?

Workpapers lets you substantiate balances. Create and review electronic workpapers using high-quality, industry-standard templates and approval workflows for consistency and reduced risk. Sophisticated security features prevent approved workpapers from being tampered with. Unlike with spreadsheets or hard-copy documents, you can be confident in the integrity of your workpapers first time, every time.

What can I do with Workpapers?

You can complete year-end processing tasks quickly and easily, such as:

  • Creating a new workpaper directly from the Trial Balance.

  • Rolling over a complete set of workpapers into the new financial year.

  • Seamlessly linking supporting documentation using MYOB Document Manager.

  • Entering data of adjusting journals.

  • And a whole lot more!

What file types are compatible?

You can use MYOB Workpapers with various file types:

  • AccountRight (version 19 or earlier)

  • AccountRight (version 2013.0 or later—Desktop and Online)

  • MYOB Essentials

  • MYOB Ledger

  • MAS

What is MYOB Assets Live?

Assets Live lets you create and maintain your clients’ asset registers. It makes the day-to-day work of managing assets fast and straightforward, and it meets all your compliance needs.

What can Assets Live do?

Calculate and report on taxation or accounting depreciation, with the added flexibility of multi-year functionality. You can calculate current-year depreciation for, say, reporting to managers, without duplicate effort. Journals are fully integrated with Workpapers or the Trial Balance view, saving time and ensuring nothing is missed.

MYOB Statutory Reporter

What is MYOB Statutory Reporter?

Statutory Reporter lets you create compliant financial statements for non-reporting entities with simple business structures. Statutory Reporter reads data directly from your clients’ AccountRight or MYOB Essentials file, or from your MYOB Ledger file.

What else can I do with Statutory Reporter?

Statutory Reporter groups and allocates account codes automatically, and makes intelligent decisions about which notes should be attached to the accounts. Drag and drop functionality makes allocating or reallocating additional accounts easy.

Format great-looking reports quickly just by editing text onscreen, and reorder reports in seconds. Common tasks such as inserting page numbers, watermarks, logos and page breaks are just a click away.

Information such as names and addresses of company directors flows into financial statements without the need to re-key, because Statutory Reporter is part of the MYOB AE and AO suites. You can store final copies as PDFs when used with MYOB Document Manager or MYOB Portal.

Reports are created according to AASB or Australian GAAP standards, directly from the client’s Chart of Accounts.
