You can add comments in a workpaper or on the main Trial Balance (Workpapers) period table. Comments are like post-it notes. They will not be printed when you print or export the document to PDF. You can click and drag them to move them to different parts of the document.

- Open the workpapers period. The period table is displayed.
- Open the workpaper you want to add a comment on.
- On the TASKS bar, click Add comment.
- Enter comments in the text area. Enter comments beneath the date and time stamp entry and the Reference: entry. This is a free format text area.
- Click Add.
The comments are added to the account and the Add Comment window closes.
You can drag and move the comments box to any location on the workpaper. If a comment is added at a workpaper template, it won't be seen on the workpaper period table.
