Will I have any interruption to my service?Our goal is to make the migration process as seamless and possible; for many of our customers, the POS is the heart of the business, and they can't afford interruptions. Kounta will complete the account migration in the background. There will be no interruption to your service while this happens, but you may see slight changes to the look of your system (mostly around branding and colours). You will only need to take action when prompted by Kounta via in-product messages or email. These actions are: - Updating your password
- Providing Kounta with your billing details
- Confirming account details on a short phone call
