To define custom paragraphs for selected clients, the Paragraphs option must be accessed from the client’s Client Accounting > Reports tab. Any changes made to the client’s paragraphs will only apply to the selected client.

The client paragraphs can also be viewed and edited from the Report Preview window. See Paragraphs in the Report Preview window.

Click Paragraphs on the Tasks bar. The Statutory Reporter — Paragraphs window opens.
