Access the MYOB Intranet Administration window. See Administration and maintenance.
Right-click a category and select Properties. The Edit Category window opens.
Edit the Title of the category, as required.
Select different Roles associated with the category items, as required.
Click OK or press [Enter]. The Edit Category window closes and the changes to the category are saved.
