Using the Draft Bills page

Option	Description
Run draft internal bill report	Produce a draft internal bill report for the selected bill in a highlighted row.
Preview	Preview the selected bill in a highlighted row.
Draft (AE)	Change the Entry Status of a selected bill(s) to draft. Selected bills are those that have the adjacent checkbox ticked.
Submit (AE)	Submit an individual bill or a number of selected bills at one time. Selected bills are those that have the adjacent checkbox ticked. The Entry Status of the bill(s) changes to Submitted. See Authorising and posting bills.
Approve (AE)	Approve an individual bill or a number of selected bills at one time. Selected bills are those that have the adjacent checkbox ticked. The Entry Status of the bill(s) changes to Approved. See Authorising and posting bills.
Post	Post an individual bill or a number of selected bills at one time. Selected bills are those that have the adjacent checkbox ticked. For MYOB AE, see Authorising and posting bills. For MYOB AO, see Posting a draft bill.

Click the hyperlinked Draft No. of a selected draft bill to open the draft bill in the Billing Main page where you can make changes to the bill.
Click the hyperlinked Client name of a selected draft bill to open the client’s Bills tab.
Click the hyperlinked Parent name of the selected draft bill to open the parent company’s Bills tab.
Click the hyperlinked Partner name of the selected draft bill to open the partner’s Employee > Main tab.
