Over time type

Use Maintenance

> Employee

Employee > Over Time Type to add and maintain the types of over time. A multiplier is specified to employees for selection in Timesheets enabling time to be charged at a different rate for over time work. For example, you may define an over time type for double time, which can be used for any work that has to be performed for a client over a weekend.

  1. Select Maintenance

> Employee
  1. Employee > Over Time Type on the main menu or Maintenance > Maintenance Map

> Employee
  1. Employee > Over Time Type.

  1. The Maintenance — Over Time Type page opens.

  2. Enter or modify the name of the over time type in the first blank Description field at the top of the table.

  3. Enter or edit the amount by which the hours are multiplied to give the over time rate in the Default Multiplier field.

  4. Enter or edit the Code of the over time type.

  5. Press [Enter]
