You are able to view all bills, receipts, adjustments and credit notes for a client and any specific details related to them.

  1. Access the Debtors Ledger. See Accessing the debtors ledger.

  2. Click the Show Zero checkbox. All transactions are displayed.

  3. Select the date from the drop-down calendar next to Show Zero from when the client transactions are to be displayed. The system defaults to display the last 12 months of transactions. The date can be adjusted to display prior transactions.

  1. Access the Debtors Ledger. See Accessing the debtors ledger.

  2. Select a bill, receipt or credit note from the ledger table.

  3. Click Allocations on the TASKS bar. The Allocations window opens listing all the allocated transactions for the selected bill, receipt or credit note.
