The Quarterly fields are updated automatically from amounts contained in the quarterly Activity Statement (GB) when the Statement is updated to a status of lodged. The actual quarter to be updated is determined from the period end date entered in the Statement. Where the taxpayer pays an annual Instalment, the Annual field is updated when the Annual Statement (GI) is updated to a status of lodged.

If you do not lodge Activity Statements for your clients, these fields may be completed manually, alternatively you may enter the PAYG Instalment amounts paid directly into the Return Properties > PAYG/Lodge tab fields for these payments.
