After setting up Single Touch Payroll (STP), there are some details you can update yourself, like your name, business phone number or email address.

Other details, like your ABN and Software ID, were recorded when you set up Single Touch Payroll. To update these details you'll need to set up Single Touch Payroll again.

 

To update your...Do this...
name, business phone number, or business email address
  1. Go to the Payroll command centre and click Payroll reporting.
  2. Click Payroll Reporting Centre.
  3. If prompted, sign in with your MYOB account details.
  4. Click the ATO settings tab.
  5. Enter your updated details.
  6. Click Update details.
ABN, Software ID, Agent ABN or Registered Agent Number
  1. Go to the Payroll command centre and click Payroll reporting.
  2. Click Payroll Reporting Centre.
  3. If prompted, sign in with your MYOB account details.
  4. Click the ATO settings tab.
  5. Click STP settings.
  6. Follow the prompts to set up Single Touch Payroll again.

You can't delete or "undo" a report that's been sent to the ATO. Instead, the next time you record a pay and submit it to the ATO, the latest If you fix a payroll mistake by recording a new pay, updated employee year-to-date totals will be submittedsent to the ATO when you declare that pay.

This means Or, if you 've reported a wrong amount reverse a pay that's been reported to the ATO, reverse or delete the incorrect pay, record it again and submit it to the ATO.
