If you receive a message that your ir-Filing has failed due to the first line having invalid characters, try the following:

• Check that the phone number does not contain brackets (go . Go to the Tools menu and , choose Options, and check under click the Contact tab )to check the phone number.
• Check that all company information is set up correctly.
