Known issue 28-11-2022 Unable to view or save invoices

Our experts are investigating an issue which is preventing invoices being saved or viewed. We apologise for this and aim to get things back to normal as soon as possible.

You can delete invoices from the Invoices page, accessible from the Sales menu. If there's a payment against the invoice, you'll need to delete the payment before deleting the invoice.

A deleted invoice is removed completely from MYOB.

Cancelling invoices

If you'd like to cancel an invoice without deleting it (to retain a record of the invoice), create a credit for the invoice amount, then apply the credit to the invoice.

This closes the invoice without affecting your account balances.

To delete an invoice

  1. Go to the Sales menu and choose Invoices. The Invoices page appears.
  2. Click to open the invoice you want to delete. Need help finding an invoice?
  3. Click Delete.
  4. At the confirmation message, click Delete. If you see a message about there being a payment against the invoice, you'll need to delete the payment before you can delete the invoice.
