As an administrator, assigning roles to your staff lets you control their MYOB Practice privileges. There are two kinds of staff roleoptions:

  • The General No role, which lets a staff member do accounting tasks in MYOB Practice.
  • The Administrator role, which lets a staff member change all MYOB Practice settings.

When you add a staff member to MYOB Practice, they're assigned a General no role by default.
