You can now upgrade most multi-currency files in 2019.2 and later. For all the details, see Upgrade a Premier multi-currency company file.

What to do if you can't upgrade yet. If you're happy to start fresh, install the new AccountRight and create a new company file. (As a Premier user, you can have two files in the cloud.) If this isn't ideal for you, continue using AccountRight v19 until you can upgrade.

Using AccountRight Enterprise?

Multiple inventory locations is now available in AccountRight Premier 2019.2 onwards.

If you use negative inventory, this isn't supported in the latest version of AccountRight. If you adjust your inventory quantities and values to zero or greater, you can turn off negative inventory and it won't prevent you from upgrading.

If you need to continue using negative inventory, give us a call to discuss your options (Australia 1300 793 130, or New Zealand 0800 60 69 62).
