If you're the business owner or person who set up the subscription, you can now start the cancellation process online.
- Sign in to my.myob (Australia | New Zealand) using your MYOB account details.
Select My Products from the My Products menu. A list of all your MYOB products appears.
Expand the product you want to cancel, then click the Request Cancellation button. The Cancellation call back request form appears.
Complete the form, then click Submit call back request.
You'll receive a call within 5 business days from the MYOB team regarding the request.
