The new AccountRight now has almost all of the features available in classic AccountRight Premier, but the multiple currency feature is not yet finished. But, we've been working on it, and we've got some exciting news!with the exception of M-Powered Payments.

You can now upgrade

some

most multi-currency files in

2018.4, but conditions apply

2019.2 and later. For all the details, see

If you have any questions or feedback about the multi-currency beta program, let us know on the community forum.

What to do if you can't upgrade yet. If you're happy to start fresh, install the new AccountRight and create a new company file. (As a Premier user, you can have two files in the cloud.) If this isn't ideal for you, continue using AccountRight v19 until you can upgrade. If you can't upgrade, you might need an ATO deferral from Single Touch Payroll reporting.

Using AccountRight Enterprise?

We’re working on adding multi-location to the new AccountRight in a future update, so watch this space...Multiple inventory locations is now available in AccountRight Premier 2019.2 onwards. Just make sure inventory quantities or values in a location aren't negative.

If you use negative inventory, this isn't supported in the latest version of AccountRight. If AccountRight—inventory items can't have a negative quantity or value. But if you adjust your inventory quantities and values to zero or greater (in each location, if you use multiple inventory locations), you can turn off negative inventory and it won't prevent you from upgrading.

If you need to continue using negative inventory, give us a call to discuss your options (Australia 1300 793 130, or New Zealand 0800 60 69 62).
