Use the Email Defaults window (accessible from the Setup > Preferences window) to enter the default text that will appear in the subject line and body of emails you send with your sales, purchases, statements, remittances and pay slips (Plus and Premier, Australia only).

You can override the default entries in the Review Forms Before Delivery window when sending an email.
