• Tax notice email customisation
  When you email tax notices, you'll be able to customise the body of the emails. We'll release different parts of this feature incrementally as they're ready.

• Add comments to tax notices

  You'll be able to add comments to tax notices. You can use the comment feature, for example, to capture notes about your client or to help you keep track of key information about the tax notice. Comments won't be visible to your client or IR.

• Terminal tax improvements

  We're updating fields in the Tax notices page for terminal tax, to make it easier to track MYOB transactions.

  • Payments & transfers—This existing field will only display reconciled IR transactions from Data reconciliation.

  • Expected payments & transfers—This new field will display expected MYOB transactions from Data reconciliation.

  • Student loan and related payments in the terminal tax notice will be automatically sourced from Data reconciliation.

• Improvements to transaction creation when the return is filed for certain tax types

  We’ll soon create the expected transactions for the assessment, payments and transfer for the Tax credit, Student Loan and Working for families tax types from the return information once it's been filed.
