Below are the steps needed to assign admin roles to an employee. E.g. Leave admin, Super admin, Payroll admin

To delete an employee from a pay sequence
  • Click down arrow on top right of screen to change role to Master Admin (can also be referred to as Super Admin or Payroll Admin).

  • Click Workflow Transfer option from menu on left pane and fill in details on right. 

Green highlighted fields control what workflows will be transferred.
Red highlighted fields control what manager the workflows will be transferred from (Current) and to (New).

  • You will be presented with all the workflows that can be transferred.  You can either ticket the checkbox column for all workflows OR ticket them individually.

  • Click Submit.

A message will appear at the top of the screen advising "Workflow units were reassigned".
