The Tax Notice page provides the following functions to help you analyse the payments due and determine what tax notices you need to send.
To display all the clients with payments due in a selected month
Click on Due Date to open a drop-down list of available months.
Select the appropriate month from the list.
Click Search. The list of tax clients refreshes to show tax clients with payments due in the selected month.
To show or hide nil notices
Click the Include nil notices checkbox to either:
Tick it to include payments with a nil amount in the list
Untick it to hide payments with a nil amount.
To show or hide student loan obligations
Click the Include student loan obligations checkbox to either:
Tick it to include payments related to student loans in the list
Untick it to hide payments related to student loans.
To change the way the information is displayed
You can:
sort, group and filter the information in the table
add, remove, reorder or resize the columns.
