Viewing the IRD download history

MYOB AE/AO maintains a log of the IRD data download history.

The View IRD Download History option allows you to review a history of the IRD downloads and their status.

To view the history

  1. Select Maintenance > Maintenance Map from the menu.

  2. Click Tax on the Tasks bar.

  3. Click View IRD Download History.


The IRD download history window opens showing the details of the downloads, which includes:

  • the Agency the download was for

  • Start date and time

  • Finish date and time

  • Type of download — whether it was manual bulk, manual client or scheduled

  • Result — whether the download was successful or not

  • Client — name of the client for an manual client or blank for a manual bulk or scheduled download

  • Comment indicating why the download failed or blank for a successful download.

You can sort the table in ascending order by clicking on any column heading. Click the heading of a sorted column to reverse the sort order.
