There are settings that should be enabled within Pay Items to ensure the software can generate the required information on a Payslip. This article shows you how to enable these settings.

Any changes made to the display settings will not be reflected in Historic Payslips. They will display exactly as they were when the Payslip was first created.

To enable the Payslip display settings we have used the Annual Leave Payment Pay Item as an example.

Once the Pay Item is opened go to Additional Info and tick the boxes as shown below according to what you want displayed on the Payslip.

When the settings have been enabled the Payslip will show the required detail whenever this Pay Item is used.
