We've fixed this issue in Advanced People versions 2020.8 and 2020.5.6

When trying to create a new entitlement adjustment, you might get the following error:

"Object Reference not set to an instance of an object."

What causes the issue

The error occurs if you haven't enabled the subaccounts feature.

Workaround

We're looking into a solution for this issue.
