The Business Insights feature in AccountRight requires Microsoft Chart Controls for Microsoft .Net Framework 3.5 to be installed.
If problems occurred during your installation, this component may not have installed correctly, and you may receive the following error when you open Business Insights.
How is this issue resolved?
Re-install AccountRight.
If re-installing AccountRight fails to resolve the issue, you can download the Microsoft Chart controls from Microsoft.
