There is an issue in Apple's latest operating system (El Capitan) which prevents AccountEdge attachments from attaching to emails sent through Mac Mail.
We've reported this bug to Apple and are awaiting for them to address the issue.
This only occurs in Mac Mail and does not occur when sending emails through Outlook.
Workaround
Choose to save the document to disk (Send to > Disk) to create the PDF, then email it manually.
