To re-register your RetailManager product or change your Retail company name, you'll need to download and complete the Retail Company Name Change and Re-Registration Declaration form attached to the bottom of this support note.
Right-click the attachment below and choose to save the file to your Desktop. You can then open the form using a PDF reader such as Adobe Reader (which can be downloaded freely from the Adobe website).
Print the form, fill it out then either:
FAX it to 03 9222 9898
MAIL it to: MYOB Reply Paid 371 Blackburn, Victoria 3130.
If there has been a change in ownership of your Retail software, you will also need to contact Customer Service on 1300 555 115.
