This message means that your Payroll version is not the version registered with MYOB.
To fix this issue, check if any updates are available for your Payroll software. To do this, go to the Help menu in Payroll and choose Check for Product Updates.
If the issue persists, contact MYOB to upgrade your software by calling 0800 60 69 62.
