If you use AccountRight’s built-in emailing feature, your customers will automatically be able to view their invoices online.

Here’s how it works:

1. Email your customer their invoice.
   
   
   
   The email contains a link that gives them online access to the full invoice.
   
   
    

2. The customer can view the invoice, and download a copy as a PDF.

You can track whether your email’s been received by your customers from the Sent Emails window (accessible from any command centre):

You can also see if they’ve viewed their invoice by clicking View all activity in the Sale window:
