The client businesses you’ve been granted access to are listed in the My Clients section of the Partner Dashboard. Click on the business name to jump straight to the selected business’s MYOB Essentials Dashboard. You’ll be logged in automatically.

To access a client’s MYOB Essentials business  x

Do you have software that blocks pop-up windows?

Your client’s LiveAccounts business will open in a new window, so, before you start, you need to disable the blocking on the LiveAccounts site.
  1. Log in to MYOB Essentials as an accounting advisor.
    In the My Clients section of the Partner Dashboard, the clients whose businesses you manage using MYOB Essentials are listed.
  2. Click the business name of the business you want to work with.
    A new browser window opens, displaying the selected business’s MYOB Essentials Dashboard, ready for you to start work. You’re logged in automatically.
    Your MYOB Essentials Partner Dashboard  remains open in its own browser window, and you can return to it at any time.
  3. You can now work with most areas of your client’s MYOB Essentials business.
    When you’re finished, click Log out at the top of the page, and close the browser window.
  4. Return to the MYOB Essentials Partner Dashboard and, if necessary, continue working with your own file.
    When you’re finished, you’ll need to log out separately from this window.
