If you run a business with multiple company files for different profit centres, such as shop fronts or divisions of your business, you may want to consolidate the accounts to view and print Balance Sheets or other reports.

In most cases, this can be done in AccountRight by exporting and importing your accounts into one Master company file; but, there is no "one size fits all" solution because of the variation between different business situations, including

  • number of company files
  • number of accounts in each company file, and how they will be displayed after import, and
  • the AccountRight version
