The Invoices page shows you a list of all the invoices and returns you've entered in MYOB Essentials. You can create an invoice or return from this page, print invoices you've already entered, and much more

Looking for your quotes? Go to the Sales menu and choose Quotes.

Need to do more with your invoices?

Use the Sales menu to find the task you're looking for:

  • Take payments—receive payment from a customer for an invoice you've entered. See Customer payments.
  • Process customer returns—apply credits to invoices or refund them to customers. See Processing customer returns.
  • Sales history—view all sales transactions, including invoices, returns and payments. See Sales history.
  • Customer statements—print or email statements to your customers. See Customer statements.
  • Items—view and create items to include on your invoices and bills. See Items.
  • Print list—click to print a list of the invoices displayed in your invoices list. For more information see Printing your invoices list.

Using Essentials Accounting Starter?

If you subscribe to Essentials Accounting Starter, you have a monthly limit of 5 invoices. You can keep track of how many invoices you have at the top of the Invoices page.

If you reach your invoice limit and find yourself needing more, you can upgrade your subscription by clicking Need more? to bring up the upgrade popup window.

Click Upgrade now to be taken to the Subscription details page, where you can change your Essentials subscription.
