When sensitive information changes in your online company file an email notification will be sent to the Online Owner. This includes changes made during data entry, import and checking in your company file.

Changes include:

  • Bank details on an Employee Card
  • Bank details on a Supplier Card
  • Bank details on a Self Managed Super Fund (SMSF)

We recommend that you review the entries listed in the email and ensure these changes are correct.
