Subscribing to MYOB Essentials lets you continue using it after your free 30-day trial expires. And if you subscribe to Essentials Accounting, It also lets you link your bank accounts so your transactions come into MYOB Essentials automatically.

You can subscribe or change your subscription from the Subscription details page or from the dashboard.

To subscribe to MYOB Essentials

1. In MYOB Essentials, click your business name and choose Subscription details. The Subscription details page appears.
   

2. Under Subscribe now, choose which MYOB Essentials product best suits your needs, and click Subscribe.
    

    

   Want to learn more about a product? Click Find out more to see an information page on each product, which lists product features and benefits.

    
   Follow the prompts to enter and confirm your credit card details and subscribe to MYOB Essentials.
   The Subscription details page reappears and your subscription is complete.

   Editing or cancelling your subscription details

   If you need to cancel your subscription or change any details other than the credit card you use to pay for MYOB Essentials, you need contact the MYOB Essentials team by calling 1300 555 111 in Australia, or 0800 606 962 in New Zealand.

To change your subscription 

You can change your MYOB Essentials subscription from the Subscription details page.

Under Change product, you'll see the list of available MYOB Essentials products, including your current subscription.

To change your subscription, click Select under your desired product, and a subscription popup window will appear, like this one for switching to Essentials Accounting + Payroll.

To confirm the switch, click Upgrade my plan. You'll be taken back to the Subscription details page with your subscription details updated, and you can start using the features of your new subscription straight away!
