The Leave Owing report provides an estimate of holiday pay owing to all staff at a selected date. The report also shows how much is owed, and how it is calculated.

As well as being useful for managing leave entitlements, this report is also used by some clients to include a charge for accrued holiday pay in their profit and loss accounts.

Holiday pay is shown assuming all employees are continuing their employment. For more information see Understanding Termination Accruals.

To show leave balances on payslips, see Payslip Data Options.


 

To view the leave owing report
 
  1. From the front screen click Reports, then Leave Owing.
     
  2.  Click either Current Status, or Other Date then select a date.
    The Leave Owing report appears.
  3.  Click any figure in blue for an itemised report.
