Error: "Client Accounting could not load assets. Reason: Unauthorised Access." when clicking on the Assets tab

In MYOB Accountants Enterprise (AE) and Accountants Office (AO) Client Accounting, you may encounter the error "Client Accounting could not load assets. Reason: Unauthorised Access" when clicking on the Assets tab.

This error indicates that you have not been authorised to use AE/AO Ledger by your Practice Administrator.

To allow access to AE/AO Ledger in your practice, log into the Cashbook website using your Practice my.MYOB login and set each required user as authorised to access AE/AO Ledger data.
