How to resolve Feenote

This issue is caused by components of Microsoft Office missing due to a failed installation, please reinstall Microsoft Office ensuring UAC is turned off, anti-virus and malware/spyware are disabled and you are logged in with sufficient permissions.

  1. Turn off UAC and reboot KB 30854: How do I disable User Account Control (UAC)?
  2. Have your IT professional ensure anti-virus, anti-malware and anti-spyware software are all disabled.
  3. Login to the workstation/terminal server as an administrator.
  4. Have your IT professional uninstall Microsoft Office and then reinstall again.

If issues persist you may need to get your IT to investigate why Microsoft Office is not installing correctly.
