You can filter your task list based on the status of the task and/or a particular person associated with the task, for either Open tasks or Completed tasks.

Instructions
  1. Access MYOB Portal.

    You can access MYOB Portal in 2 ways:

    - directly from your browser using http://ae.myob.com (if you have MYOB AE) or http://ao.myob.com (if you have AO). Bookmark the page for easy access in the future.
    or
    - clicking  on the toolbar of your desktop version of MYOB AE or MYOB AO.

     
  2. Click Tasks on the left.
  3. Click Filter to display a list of tasks based on the : 

    statusSelect the appropriate status of the tasks from the drop-down options available in the Status field. Click Apply.
    accountantSelect the accountant associated with the task from the drop-down options available in the Accountant field. Click Apply.
    clientSelect the client associated with the task from the drop-down options available in the Client field. Click Apply.
    portal user Select the user associated with the task from the drop-down options available in the User field. Click Apply.
    a combination of the aboveSelect all of the above or any combination of options for Status, Accountant, Client and User to further refine your filter and list only what you want to have displayed. Click Apply.

     Your Tasks are filtered based on your selection.

To reset any filters

There are 2 ways to clear any filters that you've used:

  • Click Reset filters on the message displayed across the top of the page after you've filtered your tasks list.
    or
  • Click Filter and then click Reset
